My name is Andrei, I had mixed astigmatism and I'm happy I can speak in the past tense. The FemtoLasik intervention was successful and I want to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Monica Apostolescu.
I have worn glasses since I was little, more precisely for 23 years, my diopters oscillating between 4.75 – 3.50.
I was explained what the chances of better vision could be and I didn't hesitate. I can say that as a result of the surgery I can even see better than I saw before with glasses.
The doctor is a professional. During the surgery, I didn't feel pain and the doctors around me continuously made sure I was calm, that everything went well. About an hour after the surgery, I felt a stinging that lasted 3 hours, but it's a normal discomfort resulting from the surgery. Once this discomfort disappeared, the next day when I woke up I saw the world with different eyes, everything being clear.
At the time of writing this review I'm already 4 days post-surgery and I feel very good.
I recommend to all those who are hesitating not to waste time and to confidently use these services. It has already changed my life.
