Online Appointment Scheduling

Users of the www.clario.ro website can make online appointments at Clario clinic, selecting convenient dates according to personal preferences.

In the Online Appointments section, doctors' schedules for various types of consultations are displayed interactively, as well as the price of these services.

By filling in personal data and registering an appointment, it is automatically confirmed through the email provided by the patient and is registered in the respective doctor's agenda at the selected time and date.

It is the patient's responsibility to carefully verify the data provided, otherwise Clario may be unable to contact the patient for any communication related to their appointment.

Payment for online appointments will be made at the clinic, after the consultation is completed. The price of the consultation will be the one confirmed at the time of booking and does not include the price of other additional medical services that may be provided and which will be communicated at the clinic, when applicable.

Online Consultations

Users of the www.clario.ro website can schedule and pay online for video conference consultations with Clario Ophthalmology clinic doctors.

Online consultation is the video conference meeting between the patient and the specialist ophthalmologist during which, based on visual analysis, patient's reports, medical history and other materials sent by the patient (photos, medical analyses, etc.), the doctor can formulate a medical opinion about your case and, in certain cases, can make recommendations and even prescribe prescriptions.

Due to the impossibility of using medical equipment in examining the patient, online consultation has limitations in establishing a certain diagnosis and cannot replace the consultation at the clinic. Patients who choose to be consulted online declare that they agree to assume these limitations and that they will not raise subsequent claims for other additional services.

The consultation is conducted through the Zoom.com platform which must be pre-installed by the patient on a computer, tablet or smartphone. Installation and registration on the platform are free and easy, are the responsibility of the patient and must be done in advance so as not to affect the start time of the consultation.
The duration of a consultation is 20 minutes.
During a consultation, only one patient's case can be discussed.
Appointment scheduling can be made:
1. Online in the Online Appointments section. After filling in the data, the user receives an email with confirmation and all connection instructions.
2. By phone - following telephone confirmation, the user receives an email with confirmation and all connection instructions.
Consultation payment:
1. The price and duration of a consultation are explicitly displayed in the Online Appointments section. Medical services are VAT exempt.
2. Payment is made exclusively online by card through the payment link received in the appointment confirmation. Payment processing is done through the Netopia Payments system in complete safety.
3. Payment must be made at least 1 hour before the consultation, otherwise the appointment will be cancelled.
Rescheduling or cancellation:
1. An already paid online consultation can be cancelled or rescheduled to a later date at least 1 hour before the initially established start time. Cancellation or rescheduling is done by following the instructions received at the appointment confirmation.
2. Cancellation will lead to full refund of the price paid to the same card account used for payment within 3-5 days, depending on the issuing bank.
3. In case of technical difficulties encountered by the patient, the doctor will try to hold the consultation by phone at the number previously provided by the patient.
4. Non-attendance, including for technical reasons related to the patient's internet access or other reasons that prevent them from accessing the online consultation, providing a wrong phone number or lack of response to the doctor's call or cancellation request in less than one hour from the date and time established for the start of the consultation leads to the impossibility of refunding the price paid.
Confidentiality:
1. Clario Ophthalmology ensures the confidentiality of patient data, including online consultations, according to the Privacy Policy.
2. Recording by the patient, partial or integral, of an online consultation as well as publishing in any form, partial or integral, of an online consultation or of the information transmitted during it is strictly prohibited.
3. Patients are responsible for the security of the equipment and networks they use to access online consultations as well as for the confidentiality of the space from which they access an online consultation.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content of the www.clario.ro website is the exclusive property of Clario Ophthalmology and it is forbidden to take and/or publish any part of it without the express consent of Clario.

Use of these trademarks without prior written consent from Clario Oftaclinic SRL is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

All other trademarks mentioned on this website (ZEISS, SMILE, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
