She is tireless in providing explanations and looking for the best solutions. At the optical department I interacted with a wonderful, perfect lady, with a lot of patience and professionalism she explained and helped us, every time, to choose the most suitable frame/lens and we never had any problems! Beyond the prices, which are slightly peppered ... but comparable to the prices of ophthalmic services in other clinics in Bucharest and a small incident, necessary to be remembered (I say) ... everything was superlative, every time! I remember about our little incident because I believe that, being aware of certain possible situations, they can be prevented and thus things can change... At a previous appointment I left slightly (more) disappointed by the attitude of the nurse who was assigned to help/teach my child the process of handling contact lenses ... which he half did. I won't go into more detail, but it wasn't professional, and my recommendation is to make sure that the patients of your clinic leave with all the "lessons" learned ... especially when it comes to children/teenagers!
